Located in Sh. Khalifa Bin Zayed Road – Al Karam area (considered as residential district of Dubai) and surrounded by high density population mainly middle class. The Center will provides quality and affordable comprehensive healthcare services for Metabolic and Life Style diseases with focus on treatment and complications prevention; such disease includes but not limited to Obesity, Hypertension and blood-lipid disorders, Digestive disorders, Endocrine and diabetes, Sexual disorders and Smoking. The Center services will be complemented by innovative “Telehealth and Telemonitoring” services. In the Ground floor visitors will experience visiting a boutique “Health Mall” with integrated coffee shop, pharmacy and nutrition shop. Multidisciplinary specialized clinics services will be provided via 17 OPD clinics, 2 dental room, Day Surgical procedures room with 3 recovery beds. Comprehensive Diagnostic Radiology services and Clinical Laboratory will be provided also in the Center.
The Center is compromise of Ground + 4 floors and 3 basements for parking and services, the whole project encompasses approximately land area of 500 sq.m, and built-up area (excluding basement & parking) is around 2,400 sq.m
